International prenup sessions are available through collections that include a prenup, particularly Kazehaya, as well as our dedicated Seika prenup collection.
For international prenups, we intentionally travel with a small production footprint. Depending on the requirements of the session, this will usually be the Director alone or the Director accompanied by one assistant.
Standard international arrangement
For destinations where SY does not already have scheduled travel:
- ₱20,000 overseas fee
- Roundtrip airfare for the travelling team
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Local transportation and necessary travel expenses during the required production period
- Visa expenses for the travelling team, when applicable
These travel expenses are shouldered by the couple.
The required production period covers our arrival, the scheduled shoot, and our necessary departure arrangements.
Should SY personally choose to arrive earlier or extend the trip beyond what is required for the production, expenses arising solely from that extension will be shouldered by SY.
Shared destination arrangement
One journey,

When scheduling permits, SY may open the same destination and travel period to a limited number of additional couples.
- The ₱20,000 overseas fee may be waived.
- When two couples are confirmed within the same trip, shared airfare and applicable accommodation expenses are split according to the travel leg and production days required by each couple, as outlined below.
Each couple’s session remains independently planned and produced.
For a shared two-couple trip, airfare and accommodation are split by travel leg and production day rather than charged as a flat 50/50 amount. The first couple shoulders the team’s inbound travel and the expenses required through their session; the second couple shoulders the expenses required for their session and the team’s return travel.

If SY extends the trip
If SY chooses to insert personal travel days between the two sessions, SY shoulders all accommodation, meals, transportation, and other expenses arising solely from those additional days.
For example, if SY extends the trip on Days 03–05, photographs Couple 02 on Day 06, and returns to the Philippines on Day 07, SY pays the personal-extension expenses for Days 03–05. Couple 02 covers the required shoot-day expenses on Day 06 and the team’s return airfare and any applicable accommodation on Day 07.
No expense created solely by an SY-initiated extension is passed on to either couple.

International wedding coverage is available on a bespoke basis.
Unlike prenup sessions, weddings generally require a larger travelling production team—typically around three to four members depending on the celebration and required coverage.
Because requirements can vary significantly by destination, international wedding travel arrangements are discussed individually.
Factors such as crew requirements, visas and applicable visa expenses, permits, event schedules, transportation, accommodation, and destination-specific logistics may affect the final arrangement.

How large is the travelling team?

When might the overseas fee be waived?
When Studio Yanagi already has confirmed travel at the destination, or when scheduling allows couples to share a trip, the ₱20,000 fee may be waived.
What should we send for an international wedding?
Your date, destination, venue if known, and general event schedule. We’ll recommend a production and travel arrangement from there.
